At Time Timer®, we stand behind the quality of our visual timers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't helping you manage time more effectively, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the Time Timer® model you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your electronic device is tracked during transit.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the timer in its original packaging with all included manuals and batteries to protect the internal quartz mechanism from damage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
